This self-adhesive stage III pressure ulcer represents the third stage in the development of a pressure sore.

Stage III pressure ulcers are characterized by full thickness skin loss, which may extend down to the subcutaneous tissue.

This simulator allows an instructor, role player, or student to apply a pressure ulcer to the body, allowing the instructor to demonstrate actual treatment methods. The simulator can also be used in conjunction with a training skin on a table (sold separately) as an aid for classroom practice.
