Larynx in a Box – Cricothyrotomy Model PTT-B52

This model allows for training in the airway management technique of cricothyrotomy. It is equipped with simulated skin and membranes that allow the trainee to practice the surgical incisions required to establish an emergency airway.

The simulated trachea has internal rings that provide tactile feedback during probing. It is constructed of a rigid yet pliable composite that allows for the use of a tracheal hook.
