The Titan Titanium rescue basket sets a new direction, aiming to reduce weight while maintaining maximum strength. The use of 2.54 cm diameter ASTM Grade 2 titanium tubes has reduced the basket's weight by more than half, enabling operation in the most difficult, extreme rescue conditions. The device provides patients with full-body protection from injury, even when they need to be transported over uneven, dangerous terrain. The spacious interior allows the patient to be transported in a vacuum mattress or thermal sleeping bag and allows for life-support equipment to be taken along.
