Shrapnel Wound in a Box™ – Shrapnel Wound in a Box PTT-B03

The Shrapnel in a Box™ task trainer simulates a soft tissue wound and is used to instruct students in proper wound packing techniques.

It features a hard (fractured) bone within the wound cavity to elevate the skill level. The representative skin and tissue of the PTT-B03 is constructed of high-quality silicone rubber, with layers of color to provide depth and realism to the product.

The patented design of SOFTTECH® and ROCKTECH® materials gives a realistic feel, is very durable and is UV resistant.

The PTT-B03 can be connected to the SKEDCO® FEBSS or a Bleeding System to provide simulated blood flow that responds to pressure when properly packed.
