Medical Evacuation Backpack PEM

The PEM backpack provides security for operations for a larger task force. Due to its size and weight with complete equipment, it is intended to be transported in vehicles.

The PEM equipment is intended to provide a supply of dressings for paramedics and medical rescuers, who will use the equipment from their backpacks during operations. In addition to dressings for the PRS and PRM kits, the PEM backpack also has STANAG folding stretcher poles. The MOLLE system allows for attaching other load-bearing elements to the front and side panels of the backpack. The modular design allows for detaching the side pouches. Thanks to the pouches attached with Velcro, the backpack has the ability to individually arrange the interior.
