Gazelle Rescue Basket
The Gazelle rescue stretcher is a lighter alternative to TITAN baskets. They are made entirely of a carbon steel frame, MIG welded. Their strength is based on the frame geometry, the materials used and the construction method.
These stretchers have an upper frame and lower guides made of 19 mm diameter steel tubes. Unlike competitive models that often have flat steel lower frames, the Gazelle uses a tubular construction, which provides much greater strength and longer life.

- Flat carbon steel supports running along the length of the stretcher.
- High-density polyethylene (HDPE) mesh – allows water and air to pass through, but thanks to the small openings, it limits the possibility of snagging on debris.
- The mesh material does not rust and does not pose an additional threat to the patient.
- Attachment on flexible shock-cord type cords – deforms under improperly distributed weight.
The Gazelle Regular stretcher has been tested for a static load of up to 408 kg (900 lbs) – users can be sure of their strength.
